This project involved a complete renewal of sewers and whole rear garden earthworks, construct of a full-width garage with heritage brickwork and slate roof.

1. Remove existing concrete slab, excavate the whole site, renew all sewer connections and replace fencing.
2. Raise garden level by 0.5M and create heritage paving extended hard patio area with beds.
