“Mark of Eve Construction wasn’t given much leeway with our bathroom project in a Victorian terraced home as we had quite fixed ideas of what we wanted so it was exciting to see Mark work out the best way to make it happen and solve the logistics of manoeuvring an large bath out of the room and freestanding bath back in with a turn on the landing and entry to the bathroom on the turning wall.

Every stage was meticulously coordinated and we were able to leave the house knowing Mark would clean and lock up at the end of each day.
The finished effect is stunning.  We have a new shower enclosure with porcelain (slate) tiled walls, 3 sides and a tiled inset for shampoo etc., a bespoke airing cupboard and under sink storage and panelled walls, along with engineered wood flooring and all walls and ceiling painted a stunning Paint & Paper Library ‘Nebulus’ blue.

Mark has a good eye and the experience to see and overcome obstacles before they present a problem, he is also very personable and able to give alternatives to ideas with compromising the desired finished effect.”
